Where Your Logo Appears
There are several places your logo will be seen by your customers...
Client and Affiliate Portals
Your branding will be front and center in your Client and Affiliate portals - we make you look pro.
Email Template Header and Footer
Anytime a customer receives an email marketing piece, direct email or a system generated alert email.
Invoicing
When you send out any invoices or billing related emails, your logo and company info will be shown.
Logo Size and File Type
Your logo should be Horizontal (not a square one) with a width of 500px. It should be on either a White or Transparent background.
Acceptable File Types
You can use either .jpeg or .png logo
File Name
You want to avoid logo file names that have weird characters or spaces in it.
For Example: mylogo.png is great, but my&*! lo go.png, not great.

Uploading Your Logo
On the top system navigation menu - go to "Settings" and then "Portal Settings"
Upload Logo
Click the button to upload your logo - your system files will open, located the logo file on your computer, and click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
